James Kelly, MSP for Glasgow, is consulting on  a Members’ Bill to repeal the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications Scotland Act 2012.


Final Propoal and Summary of Consultation Responses

James lodged his final proposal (“Proposal for a Bill to repeal the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012”) on Tuesday 29 November 2016.  MSPs have until Friday 23 Decemember 2016 to support the proposal.  Support from MSPs will be listed in the Scottish Parliament Business Bulletin.
